The Research Of Chinese Professional Football's Current Situation And Its Countermeasures

After 10 years'development in Chinese Professional Football, to do research in its development can help to solve the problems so as to maintain and promote its beneficial cycle and finally result in Chinese football's improvement. This thesis mainly focuses on major achievement of Chinese professional football as well as its problems, by analyzing and deducing a number of documents from national periodicals and data and interviewing some of experts with the help of documentation, interviewing of experts and deduction, hoping to find some disadvantages and present its countermeasures in our professional football development.It is reflected in my research that major achievements made recently can be found in the following 5 points. Firstly, the system of professional team has been changed into that of football club and association. Vocational football series has been carried out and a great number of football experts are being fostered. Secondly, football markets have been developed so that communication can be improved and football resources can be made full use of. Thirdly, comparatively complete legal regulation has been established and the law-based idea in series is being strengthened. Fourthly, an independent football industry has come into being and the team , by selecting and simplifying administrative, has been enlarged. Fifthly, football vocationalization has greatly improved Chinese football. Finally, vocational reform of football presents us a good example in other sports activities.Compared with European vocational football with a history of over 100 years, we find the following disadvantages and contradiction: firstly, management can not match vocationalization. Secondly, sports level is not fit for vocatinalization. Thirdly, that commercial management is not applied in vocationalization can be obviously reflected in issues of short-term investment of club, the right of television broadcast transfer and slow development of sports agency and sports agents. Fourthly, unreasonable, unscientific series agenda, accompanied by frequent useless rearrangement, has a great impact on football team . Fifthly, import of foreign players does not make sense. Sixthly, unreasonable transference system makes players passive. Finally, weak football markets and fewer fans have a greatly negative effect.Faced with these present situations, the author attempts to present the following countermeasures: No. 1, improve the management system of sports activities gradually and achieve association industrialization as soon as possible. No.2, improve club's operational system by relying on law. No. 3, strengthen the management of series agenda by taking efficiently legal action. No. 4, improve managing environment and system actively. No. 5 pay attention to management of intermediary and agents. No.6 improve sports level and manage them by law. No. 7, improve transfer system of players.Relying on the above-mentioned actions, we try to improve situations of vocational football, avoid and eliminate some unnecessary disadvantages so as to maintain its beneficial development.
