The Motive, Forming System And Counter Measures Of Students' Learning Taekwondo And Sanda In The High Institute Of Anhui Province

With the popularization of taekwondo and Chinese athletes'achieving the golden medal in Olympic Games, taekwondo has become extremely prevailing in China in the recent years, especially among the young students of high institutes, many of which offer the elective course of taekwondo to meet students'needs. In P.E. of high institutes, Sanda is also one of the sports that students like very much. However, with the booming of some sports, like taekwondo, Sanda, which is the traditional sport of China, is falling into disfavor day by day. Both taekwondo and Sanda are striking sports. The former has developed in China only for a short period, but is much more attractive than the latter, to the students of high institute. Thus, this thesis objectively and systematically analyses the motive of students'learning taekwondo and Sanda through the methods of looking up files, interviewing experts, questionnaire, logical analysis, and mathematical analysis. It finds the forming system of motive, illustrates the common points and differences of taekwondo and Sanda. And it points out the counter measures of developing Sadna by adopting the developing strategy of taekwondo inside and outside China. It enriches the theory of P.E. in high institutes, directs the development of taekwondo and Sanda in high institutes, and explores the development of Sanda in high institutes.The following conclusion can be made:1. The motives of students'learning taekwondo are"fashion and popularity","self-defendence","certificate of higher dan","hobby and interest","will-steeling".2. The motives of students'learning Sanda are"self-defendance","will-steeling","hobby and interest","figure-beautification","body- strengthening".3."Fashion and popularity"and"certificate of high dan"are the differences between the motive of learning taekwondo and Sanda. The former is the main and also the biggest element of attracting students to learn taekwondo. The latter futhur stimulates students'interest in learning taekwondo. Though Sanda has its dan system, which isn't put into practice in high institutes.Dan system cannot be the motive of Students'learning Sanda.4. Among the motives of learning taekwondo, the forming system of"fashion and popularity"is mainly: scientific character of its developing strategy, the simplicity of operating its competitive system, the ornamental character it holds. While the latter system of"certificate of high dan"is mainly to get the other's acknowledgement of one's own ability, to seek job easily after graduation, to achieve glory.The relative suggestions are put forward:1. Teaching and learning Sanda shouldn't be confined to practice, many performing items of Wushu can be adopted as teaching contents, such as cutting bricks by single palm, throwing and receiving sandbag, fighting on stakes, etc, to strengthen the attraction of Sanda. 2. Simplify Sanda's dan system, give the right of examing to the lower organization, make the classification of dan minute, let high institutes hold the dan exam of Sanda, make the system of dan function to a great degree.3. Strengthen the research and manufacture of the implement of protection in Sanda, especially that is used by females, to limit the attack to the vital part of body. Hence it can lower the rate of danger of Sanda, change the situation that teachers dare not permit students to practice, and attract more females to join the sport.4. Regulate the teaching material of Sanda in high institute, improve teachers'quality, better the teaching and learning condition, ensure the teaching quality of Sanda.5. Pay attention to the development and popularization of Sanda, let it the be the required course in high institute, make sure that it holds steady disseminative target, elevate its social state, and make it the national skill of China.
