In the book "Ordinary High school Technology CurriculumStandard" issued in 2003, it explicitly proposes that the total goal of the highschool's information technology curriculum is to enhance student'sinformation attainment. Since our country has lassitude territory and eachplace has its own condition, the whole information education curriculum doesnot suit the middle schools' reality in some areas. We should replace it withthe localized and diversified curriculum. So the school-based curriculum'ssupplement for the general curriculum has significant advantages forconquering many disadvantages, forming the characteristic of native schooland adapting individual different of student to meet student's need of actualdevelopment.This article revolves the core question of how to raise the studentinformation accomplishment through the development of local curriculumabout information technology and resting on "Ordinary High schoolTechnology Curriculum Standard", the concerned principle and the actualteaching condition about information technology education in impoverishedarea.
