With the high-speed development of the network technology, many national people set up their own website on the Internet, providing the network information service for the learner. The website has become an important embodiment for the level of the educaition digitization and network. Provide more extensive, convenient, fast, high quality and efficient information service for the learner, satisfy the information requirement in a higher level and more fields to the learner, and make huge contribution to the education progress and spread of the whole society. But, because of various reason, the quality of the education website is uneven, the scientific and reasonable evaluation to the education website seeming to be important.This thesis puts forward a set of index system evaluating the education website with analyzing the present condition of website development and evaluation, and makes certain the proportion to each index by AHP (analytic hierarchy process) of the operational research, in order to realize the scientific and reasonable evaluation to the educaton website, hoping which could provide the consultation according as to the construction and development of national education website, and strengthen the information service ability of the education.This dissertation consists of five parts:The first part summarizes the related problem of the website evaluation, including the necessity, purpose and meaning of the evaluation to the education website, the domestic and foreign website evaluation research, and the corpus, method and direction of the evaluation to the education website, which sum up the present condition of the website evaluation in whole.The second part is the keystone of this thesis and also the innovative point. According to thefive construction principles of the website evaluation index, the author makes sure the total target of the website evaluation first, namely: the website information resources and the web page information resources, resolves the total target again one-class index and second-class index, then builds up the index system, becoming the total form of the evaluation system.The third part, first, the author draws up AHP, which adopt to calculate the index proportion in this thesis, and then makes certain the proportion number of the evaluation index using this method.In the fourth part, we will evaluate the middle school Physics education website of our country using the evaluation index system of the middle school Physics education website. First, calculating the correspond proportion worth of each level index using the judge matrix, and then mark to each middle school Physics education website according to the design index of the evaluation form, in order to get the final result, after that, make the evaluation conclusion according to the evaluation process and the result. At present, all the middle school Physics education website of our country has both the function of the traditional education and the on-line education, but did not realize the real meaning on-line education. Judging from the structure of setting up the website, the whole modes compare for the norm, and develop for standardization and unification.
