Class, as the basic organization in schools as well as in society, is an important medium for students'socialization, which is via class life rather than school education, since for students most time is spent in class, and most educational activities are carried out in class.Sociality, the necessary qualities for human beings to adapt to a certain society, includes knowledge, skills, feelings, attitude, and sense of value. The French sociologist Tuergan points out:"To educate is to build a new person". One of the most important functions of education activities is to systematically facilitate the development of students'sociality, which leads students to"men of society". Therefore, class is a kind of educational organization.Class collectivity, the further stage of class developing, is an advanced community designed and constructed consciously and purposefully by students and the head teacher. There can be many classes in a school. However, not all of them have developed into a higher stage. As a collective organization, class has the members as its principal parts, who have the duty to obey all the rules and also have the common goals, the common desires, and the common activities. That is why the class functions well and why each member of the class develops well in all aspects.Based on the study of the class construction in Deyang Foreign Language School, using literature, questionnaire, survey, case study, interview, and observation, this paper indicates that the professional qualities of head teachers and professional training for head teachers and found a student-centered class are the keys to improve the level of class construction. At the end of the paper, the author also points out the strategies for constructing a democratic class and the models of exerting the students'autonomy.
