It can be said that nearly no countries and nations don't have theirown examples. The example, as a mirror and pole for people, has greatcharm and plays a vital role in the life.After new China is founded, the example education has received ourGovernment's high attention, because of its unique and the vital function.It is no doubt that the example education makes the indelible contributionin improving our country's social convention, promoting people's moralstandard and helping the young people's healthy growth. However, alongwith the changing of time and impacting of reality, the exampleeducation's magnificence and glory at one time have declined day afterday by now. With the comparison of past and present, we think deeply.Why the strength of current example education is so weak? Where isexample's charm now? Whether the function of example is like to thepast? As to those questions that puzzled people, this article examines andanalyzes them existing in our country's current example education in theview of theory about human nature, so as to find and construct ahumanistic path for example education.This article altogether is divided four parts:Part one, three correlated conceptions of example, idol and exampleeducation are mainly explained and analyzed in the article, Including therespective definition of example and idol, the similarities and differencesbetween example and idol, example education's definition, the exampleeducation's characteristic, example education's function as well as thehistorical review of example education in our country.Part two, I emphatically elaborate the existed question of exampleeducation, including the losing lofty of example, the metamorphosed example propaganda, the moral disassimilation under politicalcompulsion, the "altruism" education under moral disassimilation and soon.Part three, I continue to analyze the related viewpoint about goodand evil of human nature, based on which I reconsider the questionexisting in the example education of our country. It includes analyzing theargument about good and evil of human nature, the harm of good humannature, and the advantage and dis advantage of wicked human nature; andproposing the argument's basis of the article: Human nature being likewater——non-good and non-wicked; based on this view of humannature, then reconsidering the question of example education one byone.Part four, based on the analysis in above, I attempt to explore thehumanized path for example education. Saying specifically, it dividesinto four aspects: First, it elaborates "the rationality and independence"is the most important premise for example education moving to the roadof the human nature; Then it continues to elaborate through "payingattention to reality" as to show the mood of human nature in the exampleeducation; And then it analyzes in the situation of maintaining human'sselfish desire, and through seeking the reasonable system to enable theexarnple education to obtain the better safeguard of human nature; Finallyit elaborates through "scrupulously abiding by the base line of morality"as to lay the solid roots for the humanized example education. Certainlythese four aspects are also only the author's primary constructive idea forthe humanized example education.
