Integrating the IT into mathematics is a hot issue in mathematics education. Many schools and companies have made great efforts in the construct of instructional resources, and achieved a lot, but there are still many problems which prevent durative of construct.In the first part, we analyses the actuality of resource study in junior mathematics, and anatomy their problems.In the second part, we analyze traditional Teaching Aid and traditional CAI, then give the Electronic Teaching Aid (ETA) base on middle school mathematics by integrate those and keep their strong and drop their short. ETA is different from traditional CAI courseware, and a micro unit of teaching, and software like picture, animal, model, table, formula, curve, literature, video, voice etc., can be used directly in classroom like a traditional practicality Teaching Aid. And then, we give the theoretical guide base on Psychology, Pedagogy, Modern General Didactics, Learning theory, Educational Communication theory, Instructional Design Principle etc. and introduce the new characteristic of ETA, in order to provide the theory gist to develop mathematic resource base on ETA.In the third part, we give the goal and the principle of construct mathematic ETA resource, and introduce some technology of making ETA, then give the general mode of making ETA and the policy of using ETA.Forth part, we give a record of example course using ETA referencing the antilogy of ETA system, so that we clarify the idea of ETA system.Fifth part, there is a summary for study of development, and analysis and looking ahead for prospects.
