Subjectivity is an important part of student's quality. Education has to increase the training on students of their subjectivity to fit the social development. In recent years, the subjectivity education, which had been known as developing student's subjectivity, has made a constant improvement in the theoretical research as well as in practice. It is a well-known rule that respecting student's subjective position directly leads to improving their subjectivities; even their subjective-personalities. It is an outstanding phenomenon that so much attention is paid on subjectivity in modern education. But some people do not pay enough attention to the basic part when they refer to subjectivity. Nevertheless, they talk about "subjective education" in general words which is a too wide concept for us. After having analyzed, I noticed that the subjectivity is made up of autonomy, motivation and creativity. Autonomy is the very basic aspect. Therefore, on such basic, it is more actually meaningful to start "subjectivity education" which can be represented by developing student's autonomy in their high-school period, according to their features.This essay starts from the position of the autonomy education in the whole subjectivity education system, and analyses its definition, aim and basic tasks. It also introduces the theories, points and methods to actually realize the autonomy education by analyzing and researching the practices in my own campus. Finally, it mentions the related problems in activity and discuss about the solving suggestions. In my humble willing, I wish it could present a macro concept and a common method of the autonomy education to make school work more efficient.The essay mainly contains these four sections:Section 1: Conclusion of the autonomy education's meaning. It is the basement of student's subjectivity to start and grow. It is the intrinsic motivation of student's all-round development;It is an important way to ensure education works effectively;It is required when individuals are put into society.Section 2: Mainly presents the aim and tasks of autonomy education. The aim is to realize student's autonomic development. The basic task is to cultivate student's autonomic consciousness, develop their autonomousabilities, shape their healthy personality.Section 3: Discusses about the ideas of realizing autonomy education, key points in activities and the important trails. This section is the core aspect of the essay.Section 4: Discusses about the problems in process and how to solve them. It mainly contains: guild students properly on autonomic problems; be careful when treating the relationship between students and teachers; love students, but without ignoring rules; treat moral-inputting in a syndrome differentiated way.
