The Study On Improving Strategies Of The Harmonious Relationship Between Students And Teachers

The relationship between students and teachers is the most important and fundamental human relationship in the process of teaching. The character and level of the relationship has important effect on education and teaching, with the notable influence on the physical and mental development of students. To a certain sense, education runs between students and teachers basically. Therefore, the profound research on harmonious relationship between students and teachers is very important, with the implementation of education reform and quality education. This dissertation discusses the historical development and needs of the relationship between students and teachers nowadays, its dissimilation and improving strategies.There are four parts in the dissertation.Part One: introduction.In this part, the author expounds briefly the headspring, meaning, current situation, method and innovation of this research into the relationship between students and teachers.Part Two: what is harmonious relationship between students and teachers.In this part, the author reviews historical harmony theory supporting the harmonious relationship between students and teachers, defines the relationship between students and teachers through the views from students and teachers in China and foreign countries, then defines harmonious relationship between them and estimation methodology of it.Part Three: the dissimilation and its causes of modern relationship between students and teachers.In this part, the author expounds current problems in the relationship between students and teachers from three aspects: the relationship of society, human and teaching between them, then analyzes systemically its dissimilation and causes from society, family, educational structure, students and teachers themselves.Part Four: the improving strategies to the harmonious relationship between students and teachers.First, the author expounds briefly the goals system of harmonious relationship between students and teachers. Secondly, designs the tropism of it, focusing on the relationship problems of society, human and teaching between them. On the author's own opinion, the harmonious relationship between students and teachers will be with the scientific education viewpoints, the strengthened management of campus culture, the harmonious education environment, the understanding classroom and the reform on educational estimation.Finally, the author expounds briefly the practical limits.
