| The proposal of professional guiding is accompanied by school-based teaching research of primary and middle schools under the new curriculum reform. In recent years, there have been a lot of problems during the process of professional guiding of the school-based teaching research, because the teachers who are guided haven't clear understanding of the content and the driving force of the professional guiding, the guiders' guiding behaviors and strategies can't meet the needs of the guided teachers, and there lacks favorable environment and system. Paying close attention to these problems will not only facilitate the teachers' professional development, but also advance the smooth development of the school-based teaching research under the new curriculum reform.This study investigates the problems emerging in the process of professional guiding of the school-based teaching research in the primary schools in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City mainly through questionnaires and interviews. Starting with reality investigation, this thesis intends to figure out these problems, analyze the causations and propose solutions. By doing so, this thesis is hopeful in providing reference to professional guiding research in other similar districts in our country.First, the author carried out a sample survey on the primary's professional guiding in the Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City from the following four dimensions: the teachers' understanding of the content and driving force of professional guiding, understanding of the behaviors and strategies of professional guiding, understanding of the abilities of the guiders, evaluation to the professional guiding results. The results of the study reveal the following problems: the independence of the teachers is insufficient, the teachers' research ability is weak; the guides' guiding contents and approaches are improper, the guiders control the teachers too much; there lacks clear understanding of the teacher's needs and inability to meet their needs, and so on.Secondly, the author analyzed the causes of these problems mentioned above from the threefold: subjective conception, objective environment and system construction. The analysis reveals that the major reasons for these problems lie in the following aspects: low level of identification of the teachers, misunderstanding and insufficient efforts of the guiders; lack of favorable environment and scientific security system.Finally, the author offers to establish teaching research community under the "localization" concept of the primary school-based teaching research and carry out some activities according to this concept. As a suggestion about how to push forward the professional guiding research in Jinshui District primary schools, the contents of thestudy are as follows: first, constructing practice mode of the professional guiding——teaching research community, then from the views of three theories: theory of cooperation and synergies, theory of social interaction , theory of anthropological fieldwork, putting forward the special requirement to the community member: the teachers should play a main role and strengthen self-reflection; experts should play a guiding role and pay attention to connection between theory and practice; the school authority should provide favorable environmental guidance and establish a rational system. |
