The fuzzy classroom management is not only the demand for the development of the classroom management, but also the demand for the elementary education curriculum reform of our country. With the implement of the elementary education curriculum reform in the whole country, we began to introspect the shortage and blemish of the traditional classroom management. We concern the complexity and fuzziness of the person and the classroom .We also pay attention to the usage of the fuzziness in the classroom management. Concerning about this, with the related knowledge of fuzziness, management psychology, philosophy etc, this text constructs the basic pricinple of the fuzzy classroom management. And on such fundation, practical strategy of implement about fuzzy classroom management is put forward.The whole text is divided into five parts:Part one. Preface. Began with the fuzziness of the classroom, the shortage of the current classroom management, and present research of the fuzzy classroom management, the necessity and the value of the research of fuzzy classroom management is to be elaborated, as well as the method of the research.Part two. Connotation and characteristics of the fuzzy classroom management. Through the understanding of the fuzzy classroom management, we know that it is a special management of the person themselves. The five characteristics of it is the wholesome, the productive, the openness, democracy, symbiosis etc Part three. The basic principle of the fuzzy classroom management. On the fundation of the understanding, utilization, the criticism and analysis of the traditional classroom management, and the basis of the human nature theory, the fuzzy classroom management is coming into being. The target of the fuzzy classroom management is fuzziness. It emphasizes the emotionism in the management, and the scientific in the management evaluation.Part four. The basic strategy of the fuzzy classroom management. Under the instruction of the fuzzy classroom management principle, the practice of the fuzzy classroom management needs the following factors: the hardworking in the establishment of the classroom vision, the encouragement in the self-management of the students, the set-up of the aggressive classroom environment, the dynamic weighment of the management method and the usage of the science evaluation method.Part five. The endings. The fuzzy classroom management is a complicated problem. The research and the investigate about it is also a long-term process. More related researches are in need, so as to deeply excavate the principle and thoughts, to inquiry and perfect the strategy and method in the fuzzy classroom management ,and to realize it in the normal classroom management.
