Through literature concludes that the classroom environment includes the physical classroom environment, relationships between teachers and students, relationships among students, burden on students, classroom order and discipline of students, the students' feeling, such as six classroom psychological dimensions. From the physical and psychological characteristics of students, the classroom is very important for their growth and development. China's new curriculum reform for primary and secondary education has brought new ideas, These changes to the teaching and learning environment in primary school classroom in a higher demand Primary classroom environment under the new curriculum should have the following features : democracy, and equality; open, life; pleasure and vitality; cohesion, and self-discipline; comfortable accepted; in life.New Curriculum from 2001 has been raised over the past five year's time, but with the investigation of current primary school classroom environment, there are still a lot of problems. Teachers understand the new curriculum ideas and the lack of practice; teachers still want to maintain an authoritative role emotional expression; class on "Solidarity", it ignores the full; classroom attention to establishing rules, but the expense of the student's self-awareness classroom training and so on.Therefore, the classroom environment under the new curriculum now is still not ideal, and we should try our best to construct the fine environment, adjusting New Curriculum. First, school management environment should be optimized to supply the outside support for the transformation of teacher's management behavior. Secondly, all teachers to improve themselves take positive measures to develop a good classroom environment. (1) initiative to step up the study and understand the new curriculum ideas and discard old ideas; (2) reflects respect, attention to the needs of students; (3) Increasing class cohesion, and strengthen exchanges between students, united, healthy classmates; (4) improve their teaching abilities, and to enhance attractiveness to teach, and create a good atmosphere; (5) The formulation and implementation of the importance of good classroom rules to encourage the students to exercise self-discipline.
