A Study On The Program Management Of Sport Event

Sport events have a great influence on the society,policy,economy,travel,nature and environment, so many countries and districts are trying to get more profit by holding kinds of sport events. The important value of sport events lies in bringing advantage to the countries or the districts. The sport events of our country were held by the government and had many questions such as the lacking of funds, ignoring the market, but now we realize it. So it is necessary for our country to find out an efficient management method.The article analyzes the operating management of the sport events from the view of the program management, including the program management necessity of national sport events, the involving concept and content, the programming and organization, the enforcement and controlling. At last, taking the 2005 Beijing Television Tower Parachute Jumping International Open Game held by Beijing Hai Qin International Sports and Culture Company as example, the article analyzes and evaluates the program management of the sport event, furthermore, offers the improving suggestions. Thus, the article lays a theory and practice foundation to the successful program management of the sport event and provides the precious experience to the programme management of the national sport events.
