The training for teachers in institutions of higher technical and vocational education has been concerned and cared by every aspect with the increasingly developing of our country's higher technical and vocational education. Owing to the Particularities of the higher technical and vocational education, it's the great differences of the building for the teaching body between theirs and the regular universities and colleges, we must pay high attention to design and implement the project of the training for teachers in institutions of higher technical and vocational education, in order to enhance the substantial results of their training for teachers and construct the proper "dual- type teachers" of teaching body adapting for the developing of higher technical and vocational education.The paper firstly analyzes the distinguishes between the educational pattern, training target, cultivating model for human resources, the building of the teaching body and so on between the regular universities and colleges and the institutions of higher technical and vocational education, and points out: the teachers' training Particularities of the higher technical and vocational education focuses on "cultivating and training the practical manipulation and the technical applied capacity ",which decides that the design of the training projects is the basis and key to improve the validity for the teachers' training in institutions of higher technical and vocational education. On this basis, the paper deeply analyzes the problems and the causes for the present design for the teachers' training project in institutions of higher technical and vocational education through the theory and practice, which makes us know that the goal of the training design differs from the building of the teaching body, and also the designing process ignores the Particularities of the higher technical and vocational education resulting in the weak validity of enforcing;The lack of training project of "dual- type teachers" affects the steps of constructing the "dual- type teachers" body. The reason is that we can't realize the significance of the design, and we can't analyze the demand of training before designing and so on.At last, the paper suggests the relative measures to strengthen the design and implement for the teachers' training project in institutions of higher technical and vocational education to solve these problems, including the premise of the design------the analysis of the training demand; The basis of the design------the design oftraining curriculums; The core of the design------the process link; The feedback of thedesign------the appraisals of the project. Hope that it can enhance the research of thedesign for the teachers' training project in institutions of higher technical and vocational education, guide the practice of the teachers' training of institutions of higher technical and vocational education, and promote the building of "dual-type teachers".
