A Research On In-Service Model In ET Training Of Higher Education Faculty

With the rapid development of information-based education and the wide spread of specialization of teachers, Educational Technology Ability is becoming a basic requirement. In this case, the Educational Technology training of higher education faculty gets more and more attention, and kinds of researches and practices surround the topic are being carried out all over the country.While various kinds of training have got some success, the training system also have corresponding problems, especially in methods and model of training , which are the key factors of training. So , to create new model and system of training has become a problem requiring immediate solving. This paper discusses how to improve the training from the point of training model.Starting from the characters of higher education faculty, associating with Standard requirements of educational technology and specialization of higher education faculty, this paper analyzes the present problems in educational technology training, giving some practical suggestions at In-service training, especially ,we define the conceptions of "higher education faculty", "educational ability". "In-service training", and then gives analysis of In-service training system and content, then gives the model of In-service training.At last, taking some higher education faculties as the objects of research, cooperating with metc of NNU, we tested the In-service training model, and analyzed the result of training, investigated the higher education faculty in the training, then obtained some experiences , aiming at giving some help for further research on educational training of higher education faculty.
