Learning dynamics is positive promotion role for the study of learner. Itis the inner strength that arouses, promotion and maintains learner to carry out learningcampaign. So far the research for learning dynamics is a little in educational psychologyand instructional design field, but, learning motivation that is closely related to Learningdynamics is deeply researched. Some scholars begin to research in learning dynamicsaspect. They integrate learning dynamics into teaching in conventional classroom, andhave gotten some research results. The research of learner's learning dynamics is fewcomparatively, but some of the researching experience of forefathers has offered certaintheoretical basic and some worth-while references for us to research learning dynamicsin network environment.As acceleration of educational informative pace, information technology that thekey of it is multi-media and network technology have been extensively applied ineducational field. A typical example is that WBI (web based instruction) springs up anddevelops quickly in last few years. But we should be recognized that our WBI still hasmany problems to be worth for us to study in the today of our WBI fast development. Atypical problem is that our learners of WBI have no enough dynamics to study whenthey face the key composition of our WBI—online course. How to raise the learningdynamics by effective designing of online course is very important. In view of this, westudied how to improve learning dynamics of WBI learner by effective design of onlinecourse. This research has been divided into some following parts:In the first part, we have discussed putting forward's realistic background, courseand meaning of this subject, have analyzed research situation in domestic andinternational. We have discussed technique and thinking of this research. At same time,we appraised some the related concept.In the second part, various theories are discussed. Firstly, the author puts forwardthat learning motivation is the key component of learning dynamics. So, the authoranalyzes the research results of learning motivation in educational psychology and theinstructional design field. At the same time, the author summarizes the learningmotivation operation mechanism. Secondly, the author analyses the research resultsfrom the whole angle of learning dynamics from learning motivation and the instructional design field. At the same time we culminating adult study theory have putforward "learning dynamics system of adult studying". Finally, the author hassummarized design theory of online course architecture again.In the third part, the author combines the internal and external factors of dynamicssystem with factors of Yang Kai Cheng's CASPER—POP—CRC model and integratesthem into nine links of online course designing in two fields. Then, the author putsforward an overall frame related to improving learning dynamics of learners indesigning of online course. On this basis, the author designs a questionnaire aboutlearning dynamics of learners in online course application.In the fourth part, the atithor collected data through "investigation on the internetusing the above-mentioned questionnaire, and has made certain analysis for these data.The author puts forward a series of strategies on raising learning dynamics of learners infuture designing of online course according to the analysis of the data and the presentstate of online courses.The fifth part concerns summary and prospect of the present research. In this part,the author provides the conclusion of the present research and the innovation of it aswell. In addition, the author also indicates the limitation of the present research and thefuture research direction as well.This research puts forward operation mechanism of learning dynamics, andconstructs the dynamics system of adult studies. Meanwhile, the research analyzes theinternal and external factors of this system. Then, the author integrate these essentialfactors and the 12 factors of Yang Kai Cheng's CASPER—POP—CRC model intoevery link of online course designing. The author analyzes various factors concerningimproving learning dynamics of learners in online course designing. These factors andthe strategies in the aspect of improving learners' learning dynamics will be quite usefulfor the research and design of online course in the future.
