Secondly, agriculture is a practical science that requires its instruction and research combine tightly with actual need of local development of farming, so that the person with ability could serve agriculture well and the fruit of research could be actually applied in farming production. No other than this do agricultual instruction and research instruction gain recognition by society, and fulfill their value. Thirdly, the aim of high agriculture instruction is to foster valuable talents according to the realities of agricture, village, peasant and real needs, use diversified ways properly to develop different instruction.
