For the purpose of promoting the share of the education resource between the cities and the villages, and improving the quality and benefit of rural education, the government had carried on the project of Long-distance Education In The Middle and Primary School Of Village. The project is being carried forward in the middle-western area at present. It is depend on The Apply of teaching for the project to get success.For generalizing the experience, excavating the problems and carrying forward the word behind and the last successful implement. It's essential for us to make a deep research on the actual condition of the project.The essay took Guiping for example, adopting the methods of Investigate, Documents-analyzing, researching the teaching practice of the project. The thesis is including six parts.The first part, at the setting of the government implementing the Modern Long-distance Education In The Middle and Primary School Of Village, the teaching apply as the key point of the project, Importing the teaching practice at the researching topic, and firstly giving the definition of Modern Long-distance Education , Modern Long-distance Education In The Middle and Primary School Of Village, and Three kinds of pattern.Secondly, discussing the study theory, Teaching Ideology, Teaching Pattern and methods of Constructivism, and those inspiration for the Modern Long-distance Education In The Middle and Primary School Of Village.Thirdly, the modern distance learning on rural area middle and primary school has been carried out a summary and the use of the characteristic in the modern rural area middle and primary school distance learning teaching of broadcasts point , artificial satellite teaching , and computer classroom teaching have been descripted .and the general situation of the modern Guangxi rural area middle and primary school distance learning project have been introduced since 2003.Fourthly, the current situation of the modern rural area middle and primary school distance learning teaching practice has been analysed. By the investigation to modern distance learning of Guiping city rural area middle and primary school construction project school, we can draw the conclusion that the modern rural area middle and primary school distance learning is limited by the realistic conditions, and its function and effect have embodied insufficiency , its use and its develoption have been restricted.By the analysis of the present situation, we can point out that the teaching practice of the modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools exist the main problems : First , the local educational administration departments and the project school leaders have regarded the heavy hardware construction more important than the light software construction and the heavy equipment management, the light application thought,the countryside elementary and middle schools teacher's ideological recognition does not arrive,they can't utilize the advanced teaching theory to make the instruction in the teaching process;Second,the resources which are suit for the countryside elementary and middle schools teaching are insufficient and owe richly, some of which can not meet the countryside elementary and middle schools' need,particularly curriculum generally have fewer resources, which affects the curriculum areas the normal use of the equipment and role play;Thirdly ,in the rural areas, especially in poor areas, the teachers can't skillfully control the countryside distance learning equipments , because of their poorer educational technical and the information technology level and basic computer operation skill, which have limited the teacher to use the countryside distance learning resources application;Fourth, the majority of rural primary and secondary school teachers in the initial contact with the modern long-distance education China's online educational resources who have not adequate knowledge of satellite broadband transmission. some completely did not even know which teaching resources of the countryside elementary and middle schools modern distance learning can be used in teaching;Fifth, the operation of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools is difficult to maintain funding and protection ,school modern distance education management mechanism is not sound,the evaluation and assessment system in the use of tele-education teaching has not developed for the teachers,which has affected the countryside elementary and middle schools modern distance learning thorough application and further development.In the five part, the topic is aiming at the problems of the long-distance education in the rural, here posing some major tactics: firstly the department of education management and the thief of schools should realized clearly the function of the project, transferring actively ideas, at the same time, making relevant polices and stimulates, to remove the obstacle ling in the process of teaching apply, trying the best to create a wonderful environment; Then the governments both of the state and the local should plunge much resources on the project, particularly focus on some new curriculum reform. Every project of the village should encourage the teachers collecting, arranging and using the long-distance resources, then building the suitable resource base .The thirdly, adopting much training patterns for the teachers in a short time. Making a long plan, structuring the study and resource center for the teachers, building the lasting train base in every town, and setting up the professional curriculums in the normal universities of every town, to train the teaching apply skills of the students; The forth, by adopting symposium, drill, model performment, and the launch of the satellite television teaching program , to the project and the using methods, to stimulate the teachers to apply the resource; The fifth ,setting the effective and long-term foundation system ,strengthening the evaluate and examine system of teaching apply of the projects.The sixth, Because the project is on its'all-round implement process, and the project having strong Chinese characteristic. At the moment, the theory research is limited, and there is not overall research about the teach practice of the project. The example of the project of Guiping. and uniting the local practical situation, raising the main strageing of the project. The research has the function of put forward the project and last exerting beneficial, and raising the teaching level of the village.The aim of the subject is to make some beneficial for the work, the apply of the education resource and the development of the informationalized of education.
