Along with the social economy unceasing development, we saw has more and more many women in the society, the economy, politics, the culture and so on various aspects is playing the vital role, also has more and more many females to start to pursue oneself can have in the society with the masculine similar equality right. But, we must come the female by the rational judgement which correctly regards in the real life, actually enjoys in the great degree with the masculine equal right, also had some any type the reason to hinder the female to move towards road of the equality of the sexes.Although female's in increases year by year in higher education participation rate, but male and female both sexes still exist in the universities teacher's distribution are not balanced and are not equal. The author uses the Duncan index, from the stucture of titles, the age, the teaching and the scientific research four aspects has analyzed in the Guangxi universities occupational sex segregation phenomenon, has further discussed the Guangxi universities teacher occupational sex segregation deep level reason in this foundation, and proposed alleviates the Guangxi universities teacher occupational sex segregation the countermeasure suggestion.
