| Test and evaluate the level of physical and mental conditions of juvenile have been paid more and more attention by extensive scholars. It also is the fundamental thesis and hotspot in physical scientific research. The testing measure in college, middle school and primary school students is through the standard of student's physical health. The amount of information on research from student's daily life state and commonly bodily activity state is on a very small scale, and the means and method is relative lag. Domestic scholar Mrs. Qi Jianguo and Mr. Jia Zhiyong brought in"A questionnair on children's physical and mental health"(it is explored by Japanese scholar) and conducted researches all over the country. However, as it was translated directly from Japan and based on different language, country realities and targets, it might be not accurate enough. The author managed to revise the questionnair to make it convincing and believable so that it provides the juveniles in China with credible foundation. The previous questionnaire includes 55 items in total, which are divided into 4 parts to test students'physical and mental health:"the body activity","body protection","upright gestures and action", and"illness, injuries and etc". This paper certifies the quotations by surveys and interviews save some reasonable and practical items, delete the ambiguous, add some items needed in. meanwhile, it divides the original into two: questionnaire on teachers in charge and on school doctors, on the basis of experts, teachers in charge, school doctors and students'ideas. These statistics from Changsha, analysed through SPSS13.0, get rid of one ineffective item to form the formal"the questionnair on health conditions of students in junior middle schools". In comparison with the previous four parts mentioned above, it is found that the classification by factor analysis reflects the questionnaire in all directions. Then the structure can be established as a result of relevant analysis. It shows that the result of factor analysis assumption basically corresponds to the former. After that we can prove the creditability of the two questionnaires. At last, with the revised one, we can measure the students in Changsha area. On the foundation of these statistics, it analyzes the reasons for their current health conditions, come up with corresponding suggestions and responses to the ways of improving the juniors physical and mental health conditions. |
