The Establishment Of The Evaluation System Of Higher Education And Teaching Standard Based On The Internet In Our Country

As society advances, the world is approaching the Information Age. Everywhere is scenes of prosperity. With continuous upgrading and broadening of knowledge economy, can school education in past days be adapted to social or economic change? Web-based instruction was born.From 1998, the nation grants sixty-eight colleges to launch web-based education. After several years'development and practice, the web-based higher education in those experimental colleges has made some achievements. Next year, those colleges will be checked upon delivery by MOE, and how to improve the quality of instruction is a focus. To research the teaching evaluation of the web-based higher education has seemed to be more and more important.The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One is the prolegomenon, which includes the backgrounds, current status and the related concepts. Chapter Two takes general universities as a point of departure for the instruction of the experiences of the teaching evaluation in higher education, wed-based higher education can draw on these experiences. Chapter Three analyses the present situation Chapter Three analyses the current teaching evaluation system for web-based higher education in China, takes NENU as an example, briefly giving the gist of the problem. Chapter Four introduces teaching evaluation of distance education abroad through the analysis of documents, lay about to draw up teaching evaluation system in our country. In the last chapter, from macroscopic and microcosmic parts, we draw up teaching evaluation system for web-based higher education which suited the concrete situation in our country.The thesis adopts the analysis of documents, relevant comparison and field research.
