In the new instruction of the course idea, cooperation learning as the learning method has been applied widely to primary mathematics course. The new instruction of the course advocates that the important learning method is auto-practice, independent investigation and cooperating communication. The cooperation learning has taken play an outstanding role in mathematics course that many middle school teachers and primary school teachers have been beginning to try in practice in order to improve the learning effect. Through choosing and ensuring the proper content with fitting the primary school students, it provides the researching basis with the cooperation learning strategy. In argumentation, we are aimed at the content to analysis and choose while put forward to fitting standard and norm.Firstly, raising the question. Following the rapid development of the information society, the talented person's quality has already been requested more and more high, the cooperation and team spirit is essential basic to the talented person. Therefore, how to foster the talented person has the high-quality, cooperative ability and competitive consciousness, these problems are concerned to the education. The group cooperation learning is favor of many primary school and middle school teachers because of its characteristics and functions. These students may understand to communicate with each other and enhance competitive consciousness and team spirit. In addition, the new course standard also made the proper request to the primary school mathematic subjects and primary school mathematics teacher and expressed the learning methods as independence, cooperation and investigation at each subjects of primary school.Secondly, analyzing the state and problem of cooperation learning. Perhaps, teachers make a the consciousness of mistake in cooperation learning such as the low group cooperation, no superiority, the more difficult topic, the more cooperation value, no enough time, the cooperation learning is just discussion and is applied for any instruction course. Through analyzing these reasons, we will put forward to the importance and necessary of group cooperation learning. It is divided three parts into the instruction course of the first semester at primary school. The one is cooperation learning to reach the aim. The two is no cooperation to reach the aim. The three is cooperation and other methods to complete task.Thirdly, making sure the standard and norm of mathematics cooperation learning at primary school. According to The Mathematics Standard of Primary School, combine student's age characteristics and mental characteristics the first semester at primary school, and firstly express the choosing principle to the content. It includes science, interesting, reality, opening, investigation and independence. Ensuring the choosing principle on basis, from three aspects knowledge and skill, investigation ability and feeling attitude to express the choosing principle. We would combine the principle and standard as above to summary experiences so that analyze properly the group cooperation learning in the first semester at primary school in detail.Finally, the typical case of cooperation learning would be used to analysis and compare to in the first semester at primary school mathematics. According to number and algebra, space and graph, statistics and probability and integrating four fields in middle school, we would choose the major case to analysis and would express which courses should adopt the method of team cooperation to reach the best instruction effect. Meanwhile, we would make a result, put forward to researching direction in the current mathematics cooperation learning at primary school and combine with the experiences introducing idea and opinion.
