The society's cultural overall qualities to them require higher and higher, athlete's cultural dynamics is on the low side, the contradiction developed with contemporary athletics sports is conspicuous day by day, the question whether the athlete's cultural dynamics could meet the social development shows sharply . There are the high-level track and field team of university of Henan Provinces training funds shortage, hardware facility wear out , management system is imperfect. Have influenced athlete's training , enthusiasm of the competition seriously, thus hindered the improvement of the high-level integral level of sports team of track and field of university of Henan Province.3. Henan Province university high-level track and field team member in study, literacy class bottom difference , study enthusiasm to be low with apt learning method in literacy class. They produced the thought that give up to literacy class . The goal is vast and hazy that they generally train in the life when the positive , literacy class weakness , knowledge shortage , outlook on life know insufficiently and cause them.4. The means is single and have lived behind, already can't adapt to the current scientific selection mainstream, such backward one selects suitable materials the way influences the development of track and field sports of university of Henan Province seriously.5. The scale of development of high-level track and field sports of university of Henan Province and sports level can't contend with the already existing sports track and field system , relevant department and authority have not changed thoughts fundamentally , have not realized that the university's high-level track and field sports of development is the Henan Province's and even our country's inevitable way to go to the world .Selecting the superior and eliminate the inferior according to athletics sports, it is determined that not every athlete can become elites finally, most athletes will be shunted and eliminated, will be facing entering the pressure that other fields of society reemploy or continue entering a higher school, but no matter obtain employment or enter a higher school, need to be based on certain knowledge level and education degree.
