Study On Domestic Intellectual Capital In Universities Measurement And Strategies To Enhance Management Performance

Intellectual capital in universities measurement can be contributed to the change from intellectual resources in universities to intellectual capital in university, can as certain "what we have" to formulate developing strategies; Measuring intellectual capital process can be key to the performance of the intangible drivers of university, promoting the university to produce and disseminate intellectual, playing its important role in revitalizing China through education and technology. Meanwhile, education management department also needs a set of effective performance measurement model to make effective and objective evaluation and audit, as a basis for management and inter-university comparison.Human resource in universities and the unique advantages of intellectual capital become the important core skills; effective management of intellectual capital is the key to enhance university competitiveness. As measurement and management of intellectual capital in universities the research has just started, a complete measurement system is not formed, nor is the importance of intellectual capital management, the performance of management is low, therefore, this paper hopes to be able to draw on foreign universities' advanced experiences , in combination with the characteristics of China's colleges and universities, to explore intellectual capital in universities measurement and management, to provide domestic universities with reference and guidance to improve the management of university performance.This paper's main structure reads as follows:The first chapter introduces the premise issues of the study on intellectual capital in universities, which involves the related theories of intellectual management, the theories of intellectual capital and the theories of intellectual capital measurement.The second chapter elaborates the model and the method intellectual capital in domestic universities and the study of the necessity of intellectual capital, the establishment of intellectual capital in universities measurement and the main contents of intellectual capital intellectual capital in universities measurement.The third chapter conducts the real diagnosis research to the JM university intellectual capital, mainly from the aspects of human resource capital, the organization capital and the relational capital and analyzes the measurement results.The fourth chapter introduces the study on the enhancement of intellectual capital management strategies of domestic universities, in view of present situation or the existing problems, this paper tries the find out the solutions of how to enhance the management performance.
