Middle School Chemistry Teachers' Research Ability In Poverty County Of Jiangxi Province

Deepening education reform, and advancing the education for all-around development, which must depend on the instruction of the education theory, and the support of the scientific and educational research .The work of the scientific and educational research is the formidable power and the method to improve the education quality of teaching. It is also the important way of the own quality in education. In the new times, chemical education proposed new request to our teachers; the ability of scientific research in chemical education is an ability which each teacher must have, whether the chemistry teachers have the ability of scientific research affects the teaching quality in chemical education directly.The ability of scientific and educational research is a comprehensive ability structure. According to its definition, we can divide the ability of the middle school teachers in scientific and educational research into five essential factors: directing power of activity, the power of thought in theory, and the discovering ability of the question of chemical education and innovation, the ability of practice, the ability of result analysis and paper writing.In order to learn the present situation of the chemistry teachers'ability about scientific research in poverty county middle school of Jiangxi Province, this text used some methods such as questionnaire, discussion and individual interview to investigate the scientific research ability of the chemistry teachers in poverty county middle school of Jiangxi Province. The result shows that the scientific research ability of the chemistry teachers in this local middle school was quite weak.From subjective and objective, the author discussed the reason why the scientific research ability of the chemistry teachers is so weak in this middle school, and he has given a series of suggestions to improve the scientific research ability of chemistry teachers in this local middle school.
