| New elementary education curriculum has already entered the stage of practice all around in our country. New curriculum has had significant reformation in the field of course target, function, content, structure, implement, evaluation and management and so on. This reformation must be performed by the teacher in the teaching practice ultimately. The key to the course reforms therefore lies in a teacher, so it is necessary to reallocate a physics teacher's role in the new curriculum.First, new course background is introduced, and new characteristics of the new course are analyzed, summing up to the reaching demand of high school physics teachers. Second, an investigation is made among physics teachers in senior middle school, showing that the teacher has a little deficiency in teaching aspect such as observing , attitude towards work, psychological quality, self's role image , which are all confronted with new course challenge. The changes of ideas of knowledge, students and teachers in the new course and the teacher's roles are decided be reallocating their roles in the new background. Third, by scanning a traditional teacher's role, I believe that a high school physics teacher should be a person who is an innovator, a researcher, a student's organizer, a guide person and the promoter, a cooperator, a lifelong learner, a service person, and a course developer. For this purpose, I will discuss the quality adapting to the new course high school physics teachers: healthy body and mind quality and perfect personality charm, synthetically structure of knowledge, the special field ability diversifying, which are all the keys ensuring the teacher's role's transforming smoothly. Finally, according to high school physics teaching practice, classroom teaching case and analysis, I can draw the conclusion that it is necessary to transform the teacher's roles and the new idea of students---centered is effective in the new curriculum background. |
