Daily communication is plentiful instructive in our life. In terms of the development of teachers and students, daily communication and non-daily communication should be unified and complementary rather than fragmented and controlled, which is a free and perfect inevitable requirement of human nature and demonstrates human beings' nature and frankness. However, in the real school life the daily communication between teachers and students disappears out of the sight of teachers and students and it is a neglected and forgotten area. The "silent" also makes teachers and students separate from the real life and materialize themselves. Therefore, human beings who have lost their own disposition experience contradictory agonies in pursuit of a perfect life.Based on the discussion of the values of daily communication and non-daily communication, this thesis adopts the qualitative research method to describe the daily communication between teachers and students in school life. Due to limited space, this thesis mainly inspects the most typical greetings and conversations in the real daily communication between teachers and students. We have found that both some greeting ceremonies, such as, saying "hello", chanting "report", which happen between teachers and students every day, and single intercourse contents of "supreme knowledge" highlight theideological constraints and thoughts imprisonment.Whatever factors, the existing way or the function and values it exerts.Daily communications between teachers and students have occurred "alienation".In the daily communication teachers and students not only naturally express that the emotional body is limited to the distance and thoughts and feelings are controlled and regulated, which makes teachers and students go into a more confined and controlled situation from the body to spirits.However, the basic cause of the phenomenon lies in a technical rational excessive dominance in the institutionalized education and human beings' linear historical thinking mode.With the "limited" truth that is suspected and inquired with teachers and the "true" lies that are exposed, we explore the ways that can overcome the threat.Through the recognition of core value of daily communication between teachers and students, a picture of life educational space and time will be built from the pursuit of our own truth and generation. It's more important that an educational concept of the union between daily communication and non-daily communication and a practical way of education should be built in our school, which needs teachers and students to reflectively practise and touch the real life in the daily communications.
