Research On The Present Development Of Minority's Tradition Sports Culture In Chongqing

National tradition sports play an important role in Chinese sports culture. With the popularity of slogan of "Developing sports business, Building up our corporeity" and the implement of National Fitness Program, developing the minority's sports is put into the primary agenda. However, minority's sports are mingled with essence and dross, and are the contradiction between internationalization and nationalization, which lead the national tradition sports into an embarrassing situation. National tradition sports with the unique action forms and abundant culture connotation is the wisdom and treasured culture heritage of our nation, therefore, inheriting, protecting and advocating the national tradition sports become the primary research project.These papers mainly describes and analyzes the history, inherit ways and characteristics of the national tradition sports, and then systematically summarizes the culture resources of the minority's tradition sports in Chongqing from the multiple views of geographical distribution, history, culture and economical development in a demonstrative way. After the analysis, the author reveals the weakness of the minority's tradition sports in Chongqing and the reasons of that, and then provides the corresponding strategies theoretically, which the author hopes can facilitate the development of the minority's tradition sports in Chongqing.From such aspects as the history of minority traditional sports in Chongqing and its basic characteristics, its cultural status, and weak elements, this thesis made the following conclusion: (1) the passing down mode of minority traditional sports culture in Chongqing is relatively single. (2) Views on passing down of the minority traditional sports culture in Chongqing need to be modified. (3) Economic factor is the main bottleneck for the development of minority traditional sports culture in Chongqing. (4) The final developing direction is a highly synchronized combination of minority traditional sports culture in Chonging and modern society development. According to the above present circumstances, three suggestions are proposed: (1) The minority traditional sports culture in Chongqing should develop towards globalization and pluralism. (2) The minority traditional sports culture in Chongqing should hold and give prominence to its features of national culture. (3) Integrated resources of nationality, sports, and culture should be cultivated.
