The emergence of the Internet enriches the study and life of college students greatly. However, it leads to various college students' subjective problems. The writer analyses the causes of these problems and proves that it is extremely difficult to resolve them by technology, moral rules and improvement of social environment. Moreover, on the basis of subjective education theory, the writer proposes the effective ways by which Internet subjective problems can be settled under realistic conditions. The author researched the Internet subjective problems of 286 students at three universities in Chongqing after comprehensive literature review, questionnaire and interview. The author analyses the real situation of them in four aspects: the independence, initiative, selection and creation. Generally speaking, these problems are as follows: inability to control time on the Internet, a moral decline on Internet, deviation from true purpose of surfing the Internet, incapability of identifying and using information. The author also analyses the causes of them in both objective and subjective aspects. Subjective causes include self-consciousness, emotion, and awareness of sex, c ommunication and the specialty of moral development. O bjective causes consist of the temptation of Internet itself, the shortness of Internet technology, ineffectiveness of realistic rules, the lack of educational guide, negative effects of social environment, etc. It is too hard to take objective factors into consideration to solve these problems for a number of reasons. Consequently, solving the problems from subjective aspects is a potential breakthrough. All mainly depend on the college education that helps them set up correct notion of Internet and guides them to form correct Internet subject behavior. Therefore, from the angle of subjective education, the author proposes the strategies of solving these problems. First, strengthen the moral education of Internet-going college students in order to enhance the ability to resist the harmful information. It is necessary to educate them to know the nature of Internet and to set up good motives. Second, carry out online moral education. University should open Internet moral curriculums as well as emphasize model education of online behavior. Third, cultivate college students' independence and initiative on Internet. Guide them to set up self-control and to discipline the purpose, time and behavior on Internet. Construct a knowledge-based schooled network to create proper atmosphere for them. Forth, focus on fostering the ability to select Internet information. Teach them to use information tools and lead them to desirable learning resources on the Internet. Guide them to evaluate the Internet exactly. Fifth, encourage their participation in the Internet and constant originality. It is required to cultivate the ability to develop Internet resources and design soft ware. Stimulate them to participate in the Internet and make use of online tools for developing resources.
