Community Participation And Construction In Resource Cities In North-east Area Of China

There are large number of resource cities in north-east of China, how to build community and accelerate development of such cites will affect the development of not only north-east, but the whole county. Community construction has become the focus of society. Many researches have been done focusing on the function, resident participation, pattern and barrier of community. but the study on community is still in elementary stage. There are more study focus on description than on analyzing. The study on community is relatively macro, and short of normative study and theoretical perspective.Communalization experienced a long way from unity to community. In the process of transformation, there are different ideas about social justice, solution of social conflict, social participation and social confidence. In order to realize social construction, different need should be considered, because those residents have different social status and benefit. Flexible measurements should be adopted to improve agreement and belonging to the community. In order to accelerate social capital and community transformation, community government should be break up and pay more attention to civil affairs.In a word, harmonious community is the base of harmonious society. It is a complex and systematic work to realize community development and perfection, and it is depend on the collaboration among the government, the enterprise, non-profit organizations and residents. Those participants should restrict to each other and supervise each other. A harmonious community must be realized under such efforts.
