Chinese composition teaching in middle schools has been in embarrassing situation all the time and it saddles with a heavy burden. Students' defect and obstacles in thought makes them feel it hard to write a composition and it makes me think hard a way out. To the present situation of Chinese composition teaching in middle schools, theories and ideas of lenovo-expanding composition teaching mode are put forward in this dissertation and they are discussed in six chapters in this dissertation.Firstly, the definition of lenovo-expanding composition teaching mode is explained in this paper. Lenovo, as a kind of thinking, is a psychological process of associating one thing with another. From psychological view points, kinds of association include correlated association, similar association, contrary association, causal association. It is an important key to exploration and innovation. It plays an important role in removing set thinking and blazing new trails. The training of divergent thinking, association and imagination in lenovo-expanding composition teaching should be focused on so that the students' thinking be widened. The students' thinking and vision should be expanded and they should be led to imagine boldly by different thinking. Sparks of students' creative thinking should be lit and students should be trained to make compositions by training their thinking, especially, their association.Secondly, the background and theories of lenovo-expanding composition teaching mode are discussed in this paper. There are three reasons for lenovo-expanding composition teaching, they are the unwritten pain, the return of humanistic spirit and the challenge of composition in the entrance examination to university.
