During the contemporary society of China , to construct a harmony and health social order in the grass-roots'community is one of the urgent tasks . The construction of the harmony and stable community in cities , which matters the whole society to develop orderly , needs not go into suspection concerning position and function . To adapt the new situation at the moment , the government has been building the new political power system of the state , including community building since the nineties in the last century , and the government at different levels are probing into the new system about community development towards self-government by its own residents . In fact , the level of community democratic autonomy depends on whether the channel of residents'participation go about unimpeded or not , and also depends on the frequency , extent and depth of residents'participation in community activities , but to a large extent between the community power structure and the community democratic participation restrict each other , and this double restricting relationship evokes me great interest . So across to analyze and present the course of community participation in DongZhanShiWei community after the democratic reform of the management system of neighborhoods , the article inspects the intrinsic motive to participate in community activities , and then probes in community power constructure . In the above foundation , the article indicates the prospect to realize grassroots democratization and good governance in the present day .The article firstly reviews and discusses the past study related to the above-mentioned theme . Community building not only closely links itself with the transformation of social constructure , the reorientation of manage system and the disintegration of social organization , but also mutually interacts the reintegration of power structure and the sprouting of residents'...
