As a new attempt for new curriculum reform, interactive training for teachers of Chinese are becoming more and more popular with the development of the educational course in China. Now much more attention has been paid to such kind of research related to this field. By carrying out some surveys, reading some materials and making some attempts as well, I have done much research work about interactive training for teachers of Chinese. And the contents are as follows:Chapter I: The connotation, background and meaning of interactive training for teachers of Chinese. This chapter explains and defines the concepts about interactive training and other ideas related to this field, and it is also a brief summary of the characteristics, the foundational background and the meaning of interactive training.Chapter II: The theoretical basis of the interactive training for teachers of Chinese. This chapter explores the theoretical basis of interactive training from the angle of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology, and it is of great significance to the training and a big support in theory.Chapter III: The analysis of the present situation about the interactive training for teachers of Chinese. This chapter analyze the present situation of the training from different aspects, including the network, the purpose and the patterns and so on, so as to find some common problems and also solutions to them, which can provide the realistic basis for making proper training strategies.Chapter IV: The strategies of interactive training for teachers of Chinese. This chapter is mainly talking about how to carry out the training, which consists of three parts: the strategy for both trainers and trainees; the interactive strategy between teachers from the same school; and the interactive strategy between teachers from different schools. These three strategies have their own applied areas, which is also described in this chapter.Chapter V: The difficulties and requirements of the interactive training for teachers of Chinese. This chapter summarizes the difficulties and requirements by analyzing the contradiction between advanced theory and utilitarianism, the shortage of trainers and materials. And it also puts forward some constructive suggestions about how to change the stereotype ideas, and how to establish effective training and evaluating systems.
