The reformation in the foundermental curriculum is half the battle for carrying out the quality education fully. To accomplish such an honourable and difficult task, it is necessary to learn, recognize and understand and master the many theoretical presentations and practical demands. In order to put the foundermental curriculum reformation in effect, it is the effective method for solving the practical problems appearing during the class and the development of teachers' major, to promote the primary teachers' learning of new curriculum theory; to stick to the spirit of foundermental curriculum reformation outline; to grasp the direction of class teaching reform; to enhance the teachers' ability to coping with cases; to strengthen the establishment of teachers team; to lead the teachers to come into the new curriculum and to practice the new theory and construct the new class; to raise the teachers' level of accomplishing the new curriculum; reinforce the training of primary teachers.Through the intensive investigation about training of the primary teachers of Anning District of Lanzhou city, this essay tells the current situation of training of the primary teachers of Anning District as well as analyzes the reasons which prevent the primary teachers from being trained. According to the characteristics and the problems involving in primary teachers' training, the practical suggestions and advice are put forward to train the primary teachers of Anning District effectively.This essay consists of 4 parts.The first part mainly tells the background, aims, study method and discusses the training supplied by the schools as well as origin, usage, flourishing and cause and so on.The second part tells the study thought of the investigation, analyzes the problems and consults.The third part gives some advice and suggestions.The forth part is the lack of investigation.
