Recently, the management of school culture has been extremely admired and the reformation of school culture has also been paid more attention. As we all know, the school culture is the symbol of main values from school members. Therefore, the school culture is connected with value-discourse from the given school members. So if the reformation of school culture cannot mix the main values from school members together, the reformation will not get the certifications and supports from school members. The value crisis faced by the reformation of school culture will be produced and it will put much negative influence on the school's development.Therefore, through analyzing the manifestation and influence of the value crisis faced by the reformation of school culture, the study aims at seeking its cause and feasible solution to help school administrators pay enough attention to them and take suitable measures so that the school can develop consistently.In order to achieve the above purposes, the study starts with the literature review and analysis, then summarizes basic concept concerning the value crisis faced by the reformation of school culture so that the theoretical basis of the study can be constructed. Then through interview, the influence on the school management and members has been comprehended and the cause has been explored. Finally, on the basis of getting and organizing these facts and materials, the writer has explored feasible solutions to overcome the value crisis faced by the reformation of the school culture(s).According to the study results, the manifestations and influence of the value crisis faced by the reformation of school culture are put forward: bias due to instrumental values; the flattening out of ethical values by consumerism, etc. Then the cause is explored from three dimensions: philosophy, attitude and tradition. Finally, the five solutions are put forward: reflect the values in the reformation of school culture(s) ; establish effective procedure of regulating school administrator's power; design verified methods in propagandizing; adjust channels of communication for value-discourse; construct appropriate climate of reformation of school culture(s) that full of respect, democracy and openness so as to accelerate team-cooperation.
