With the application and development of information and network technology in teaching, the traditional teaching strategies can't totally adapt to the teaching under the environment of network. A lot of teachers who engage in online education still use traditional teaching tactics and methods, and have fuzzy knowledge on the strategies of online teaching, let alone the construction and usage of the tactics on network teaching, in order to promote distance learning.This thesis focuses on the research of teaching strategies applying to distance asynchronous interactive teaching, whose theoretical basis contains distance education theory and mutual interactive level tower model of teaching. According to the analyses model of social interactive factor in the distance education, the paper analyzes the effective teaching tactics under the asynchronous interactive environment, in which the network teacher uses in teacher's training project.I participated in the teacher training project of Distance Education College of ECNU. The Action Research takes the form of a teacher training project, which was carried in Distance Education College, ECNU. Furthermore, with the study of Document Analysis on the relevant documents of domestic and international, the Questionnaire investigation among training students and the Content Analysis on the interactivity between teachers and students of three network course, which was a part of Distance Training Project for Teacher in Nanhui District of Shanghai. In the process of analysis, the keen points are the features of "hot notes" and the teaching strategies used by teachers.Finally, the article takes the distance asynchronous interactive teaching tactics frame, which is made up of five respects: guiding tactics, interaction tactics, monitoring tactics, evaluation tactics and feedback tactics. Detailed explanation of these respects is given in the thesis.This research takes teaching strategies of the teacher under asynchronous communication teaching as the breakthrough point, and the conclusion can provide the teacher with not only theoretical foundation, but also practice cases.
