Due to the increasingly enhanced competitive environment in the whole world and the emergence of a knowledge-based economy era,countries of the world, especially the enterprises were concerned about the growing importance of human resources and the trends were strengthened in irreversible in the past decade.Base on this, in this paper, using structural equation modeling method in order to research the influence of the diathesis index,the devotion index and the capacity index on competitiveness (objective evaluation of the competition and subjective evaluation of the competition) and working passion,as well as the appropriateness of the proposed model.The 500 participants consist of 22 units from organ, institutions and enterprises over Tianjin .The results of the study were showed below: (1) The diathesis index,the devotion index and the capacity index have positive effects on objective evaluation of the competition.(2)The capacity index have positive effects on subjective evaluation of the competition.(3) The capacity index have positive effects on working passion.(4)The appropriateness of the hypothesized model:the result of the goodness-of-it indexes indicate that the hypothesized model"The effects of the diathesis index,the devotion index and the capacity index on competitiveness (objective evaluation of the competition and subjective evaluation of the competition) and working passion"adequately describe the sample data.Finally,according to the results of this study,implication and suggestions for the use and cultivation of human resource are provided.
