Through the research of Value Clarification, we can find those following conclusions: value is the relationship between inner parts of objects, inner parts and outer parts of objects, or objects themselves. Values is the analysis and recognition for the above relationships under certain time and area. While value is knowledge, values is knowledge that is the technical form of knowledge. Then, the ignorance of morality and knowledge roots in confusing or uncertainty of knowledge value. The most valuable part of Value Clarification is value clarification process whose core are seven standards. The value clarification process can be used both in moral education and subject teaching, which will promote the harmonious relationship of inner parts and outer parts, improve the group relationship and outer parts, improve the group relationship and the level of study. The research of tour geography in secondary vocational school indicates that the value of tour geography is the space, environmental and global sense of tour geographical environments, which is formed during the process of selecting and applying the basic knowledge to solve the tour geographical problem. The application of above theory into the teaching practice of tour geography course indicates: both selecting and applying process is indispensable, which base in the shared old value concept and point to new value concept; if the definition of value and values is correct, the knowledge and technology, the process and method, the moral attitude and value concept, they all can be described by a verb, which is selecting and applying the basic tour geographical knowledge to solve the tour geographical problem and develop the tour geographical knowledge.
