School Health Safety And Environment Management Researches

In this paper, the approaches and principles of setting up health, safety and environment management system in schools are presented, which aim at setting up the framework of the management system which is suitable for various schools. Some domestic and foreign experiences about school security management are referred to.The current school health and safety management, such as the main influencing factors and the distinguishing of the origin of danger and environmental pollution, is analyzed. The applicability of the international management system to the school management is also discussed. It is stated that the setting up, application and evaluation of the school health and safety management system should be based on the process approach and the circulation theory of PCDA. Furthermore, the organization structure and the responsibility which should be taken for the setting up of the school health and safety management are studied.
