The introspection campaign by teachers puts boundless vigor into thedevelopment of their special fields. To improve the introspection senseand ability of the primary and middle school teachers of our countryhelps update their educational and teaching idea, perfect theirknowledge structure and develop their educational and teaching skills,which provides unlimited developing space both for the growth of theteachers and that of the students.Only by evaluating the teachers' introspection through looking intothe nature of their introspection and trying to get to know the bigenvironment and the small environment that affect their introspectioncan we further push the formation of the effective introspection ofteachers.This essay researches into and analyzes this issue in a fairly wideand detailed way.As the educational and teaching activities of teachers cover variousaspects of the complex social activities, the introspection which refersto the activities surely deal with many aspects and different levels.The introspection will be not only subjectively affected by teachers'knowledge, abilities, attitudes, strategies, ways and methods but alsoobjectively affected by the school factor, the social factor and thepersonal factor, among which the school factor plays the most vital role in affecting the teachers' introspection. Besides, the social economyand culture also leave marks on teachers' introspection. However, thedecisive factor to affect teachers' introspection is determined byteachers' personal overall quality.At the end, this essay basically analyses the school strategies thatpush teachers' effective introspection.
