Study On Social Integration Of Ecological Migration

This paper study on social integration of ecological migration from the point of view of ecological anthropology and resettlement sociology. Firstly, based on analyses of related research on social integration of ecological migration, the paper summarizes and analysis the current research progress, existed issues and gives some personal opinions in order to put forward monitoring and evaluating system on social integration of ecological migration. Following that, based on Gordon's index system of evaluating the ethnic group components, this paper try to work out the model for measuring the social integration of ecological migration of Tarim River which located in Luntai County in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Thirdly, based on information and data which collected from three times field surveys, the paper measures the institutional and non-institutional social integration of Tarim river ecological migration, which include present status, performance, characteristics, risks and difficulties etc, especially the cultural identification and mentality identification and risks avoidance, in order to give some recommendation for future ecological migration implementation. Simultaneity, the paper uses the index system established to evaluate the effects. And finally, some comments and suggestions are put forward for the sake of the issues in social integration of ecological migrations, in order to make a contribution to this research field.
