Knowledge system is the core in the curriculum study. A kind of completed curriculum must be supported by a corresponding system; otherwise, the curriculum would lose its base, just like water without a source and tree without roots. Since Chinese became an independent discipline in 1904, knowledge system of Chinese has attracted people attention, meanwhile the effort has been made to establish knowledge system in Chinese Curriculum by the researchers of Chinese education and a great achievement have been obtained. In 21 century, after the reformation of new curriculum was raised, the concept of Chinese Knowledge System has been weakened. Some regard the concept as the symbol of weakening and even deserting knowledge system, hikewist, there is a phenomenon which people attach much importance to cultivate the Chinese Attainment while make light of the knowledge teaching. Should the knowledge system in Chinese Curriculum be deleted? On the basis of scientific theory of knowledge and humanistic theory of knowledge, this thesis will sort out the knowledge system in Modern Chinese Curriculum and highlight the existent worth of knowledge system.Practical Chinese knowledge appeared as the discipline of Chinese was formed in 1904. In 1930s, the article clue knowledge system emerged; after 1949, the scientific exploration in Chinese discipline was maintained a series of knowledge system appeared, for example knowledge system of Chinese language, literature,"double-base"and the competence-based knowledge system. The research considered that scientific theory of knowledge play an important role in exploring the scientific and systematic knowledge system. However, peoples'understanding of scientific theory of knowledge is restricted to utilitarianism. Thus, the misunderstanding of scientific theory of knowledge became a byword for utilitarianism. Which is attached to in 1980s and 1990s, Chinese became the pure knowledge learning, in which the rational, objective and static knowledge would be taught in Chinese class, and students gained the knowledge by analyzing and including, teachers became a mechanical importer while students were passive receiver. Scientific theory of knowledge not only distorts tool function of Chinese but excludes humanistic theory of knowledge which resulted in the deficiency of humanistic knowledge.
