Along with the reform of PE course goes thorough and increase continuously in China, the importance of the PE course resources presents out increasingly. Without the strong support of PE course resources, the reform of PE course can hardly become the harvest of PE. So does the aerobic course. The richness and moderation of aerobics course resources determine the range and level of its objective's realization in colleges. Not only it is the important guarantee to the courses' implement, to realize the foundation of physical, mental, social health, but also is the premise of the creative teaching material, teaching method. Now that the aerobics course resource is so important in the reform of education, how we actually develop and make use of it, this is the main purpose of this study.Based on the theory of PE course, the studies in PE course resources and 'the national PE course guideline in normal college and university', the research studied the basic concepts, category, filtration, principle; it also included the practical questions like how to make use of them and its theoretic construction. It took the theories research as the guidance, combined its characters of multiplicity and diversification, and its' social information, condition, content, and human resource is far above its resource in colleges. The study put forward to make use of the social course resources progressively, expand the new mode of aerobics course resources valid development in college and university under the current condition of sports resources shortage and unbalance. Develop the resource share flat with the society. For example, the cooperation between the Nike's companies in China with some colleges in Shanghai, That model (Nike body arts course) teams up the aerobic teachers in colleges and universities. We investigated the aerobic courses in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai. We intervened the some colleges and universities in Shanghai, we did a longitudinal comparing of the ways, methods, cost, contents; teaching, and learning before and after the intervention; and we also did a transverse comparing between the intervention schools and control schools. We concluded the results depend on the analysis and comparing, it also test the effects and feasibility of the new aerobics course model in colleges and university.
