The assessment of student's academic acquirement has always been a hot button among educators. Educational assessment and educational principle should be connected to each other. Now we have adopted Quality Education, therefore, educational assessment should be in accord with the principle of Quality Education, which focuses on the evaluation on student's development and emphasizes student's general ability.In college, study, a much more complicated work of brain, is still the main task in student's life on campus. In addition, factors that have influences on student's academic accomplishment are multifolded, as a result the assessment of students should be that of efficiency considering its tendency. However, efficiency is inseparable with student's foundation and the environment they are in.Under the principle of Quality Education, college student's general ability mainly shows itself in their professional, innovational, organizational and expressing ability, etc.In sum, in order to establish a scientific assessing system, not only should we consider student's elementary or main courses, but regard the impact their environment has on them. When considering college student's general ability, we should pay attention to his professional ability, as well as his ability in other fields.This paper uses the AHP,which provides a clear mental framework. It first analyzes various factors which influence student's academic accomplishment, then analyzes his general ability.By adopting DEA's assessing model, it has many input and output items, and it can check student's efficiency who has the same input and output item. And then we can know which student's study has been efficient. Basing on this result, we can give the student a reasonable advice to improve his study. And it gives educational managers a reasonable and valuable suggestion to improve teaching effectiveness in general.
