Effective teaching means on the base of adequate consideration of students, teachers take less time,energy and devotion of substance to take more effect in order to satisfy social and individual demand of value. Research on senior high schools effective teaching of chemistry may take chemistry teachers'behavior as a cut-in point. We choose twelve actions as effective teaching behaviors of an effective chemistry teacher. They are behaviors of lecture (include lecturing orderly, clearly and lecturing for understanding), the pointing of assignment, leading students in devoting in studying,diversification of teaching, chemic demonstration, teaching of chemic experiment, adaptive teaching, asking questions, exercising nonverbal means and organizing class discussion.We use questionnaire as the base and manage statistic analysis on education. We conduct an investigation among chemistry teachers in senior high schools which are in Huhhot and Dezhou on their actualities of effective chemistry teaching. There are 1249 students and 73 teachers as test in this research. Through statistic analysis to data and interview to students we find the status quo of effective teaching among chemistry teachers in senior high schools. It shows that teachers'behaviors are often effective either in general or from different types, but there is still a long way to always effective and need improve. Furthermore we find that in the questionnaire of effective teaching not only students'evaluation but also teachers themselves evaluation, teaching of chemic experiment, chemic demonstration and diversification of teaching behaviors are in the following. Lecturing orderly and clearly are in the front. When talking about twelve teaching behaviors, we find that the points which teachers evaluate themselves are higher than students'evaluation, and the differences are remarkable. As the students'...
