Construct A Courseware Cooperative Development Platform Suiting For Application In Western Region

During the national 15^th planning period, under the highlight of the country, E-education construction in western region attained much progress at the joint efforts of all levels of governments and schools. However, the current problem of E-education in western region, paying more attention on "hardware" than "software", is still obvious. Comparing to the rapid development of the hardware construction, the integration of information technology and curriculum of western region need to be raised for a further level. It is a beneficial try that construct a cooperative development platform of multimedia courses, suiting for the western region, and it also profitable to increase the integration level of information technology and curriculum. It will promote the development of E-education in western region. The dissertation will discuss this topic from five chapters as follow:Chapter â… : Researching background. This chapter firstly analyzed the E-education status in western region and analyzed more curriculum integration status based on survey results. I obtained the preliminary conception of courseware cooperative development platform through the analysis. This chapter will give a brief introduction on research perspective, status, aims, train of thought, and meaning etc. Chapter â…¡: The theoretical basis of constructing courseware cooperative development platform. This chapter carefully analysis the problems of traditional courseware development model, research the cooperative development model under the new situation of developing and using process. Finally, this chapter also explores the feasibility of the cooperative development model on the spirit of "sharing resources, sharing ideas, sharing source code, cooperation and innovation". Chapter III: Designing of courseware cooperative development platform. Based on the preliminary conception of courseware cooperative development platform, this chapter finished the whole design of it, thinking of the reality of western region. In this chapter, I gave separate introduction on the whole structure, function modules, achieving methods of technologies and key technologies.Chapter IV: Application cases and evaluation using cooperative development platform. This chapter firstly reviewed the testing process of the cooperative development platform courseware in western region. Then introduced some of the applications cases. Finally, it gave a statistical analysis to the survey of application situation of cooperative development platform.Chapter V: Conclusions and prospects. This chapter firstly summarizes the results of this study, then analyzed the problems existing in the research, finally summed up the self-awareness to related questions how to promote E-education in western region.
