Along with the economic development and China opening up to the outside , particularly after joining the WTO, the demands to English talented person is more and more high, English, as one of international languages is playing more and more important role.Over the last 20 years the English teaching in middle schools has made great progress, the scale of teaching is expanded constantly, and the teaching level is improved continuously, teachers' quality is increased substantially etc. however, in the traditional " teacher taught, student heard" instill type English teaching, few students have the opportunity of practicing and exchanging English.
