Community is a group of people who lived in certain area or lived near each other forming diversified social relations in different social groups and engaging in varied activities. Community management refers to infrastructure community organization, for the sake of whole interests and development all around of a community, together with local dwellers and local companies, regulating community affairs in some way efficiently under a certain conditions.Urban style of community management was firstly invented in 1950s in foreign countries, which have accumulated lots of relevant experience, whereas it was not been taken into consideration in China until the late of 1990s. In recent years, several Chinese styles sequentially have been created in community construction, such as, Shanghai style, special in integrative development of a community and its shopping mall, Shenyang style, concentrating on political imitation, Qingdao style, forming a style of"Five integrative and Four Well-Equipped"under the tenet of"Community Service Counts", and Jianghan style in Wuhan, featuring in transform of governmental functions. Although these styles have promoted the development of Chinese community construction, which, comparing with traditional style is an obvious improvement, there's still a shortcoming that governmental intervention. The only difference is the way they intervene and the role they play. There are several kinds, say, government counts, government and common people demand, and common people count.Present style of community management plays an important role in community development, but its shortcomings are quite obvious.
