Management Of Teachers And Students Based On The Thought Of The Education Of Love

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC, the idea of Scientific Development was further put forward. It embodies humanity, promoting the full development of the society and individuals. However, there are many misconceptions about the full development of individuals. The school is the ladder to happiness instead of the higher society.In this paper, I try to combine the conception of love with education and the management of education. This paper contains 3 parts: In the first part, I introduce the different opinions of about love, the conception of the education of love, the connotation, the features, necessity of the education of love and an experiment to prove the effects of the education of love. In the second part, I uncovered the lack of love for both the students and the teachers in the management and the ignorance of development of the students' heart-love, and analyzed the reasons for these problems. In the third part, I pointed out some resolutions to these problems at the managerial layer respectively.
