Educational Research Promoting The Change: The Strategy Of The School Organization Change

The educational reform showed us that no change or development of the school wouldn't bring any educational change or development. It is meaningful for us to pay more attention to the School Organization Change in the educational reform.The essay put forward the theme "Educational Research Promoting the Change: The Strategy of the School Organization Change" according to the theory and the investigation. We adopted two kinds of research methods. (1) theoretical research: Choosing the literature method to establish my own research issue by reading and combing through the domestic and international materials on the education research, organization change and the School Organization Change. (2)Case study: This research raised, analyzed and solved the problem taking F School as an example. Except for those methods above mentioned, we also used many other ways, such as investigating, talking, and observing and so on.The discussion of the topic "Educational Research Promoting the Change: "The Strategy of the School Organization Change" focused on several aspects as follows. First, it was helpful for us to shape the initiative consciousness of the School Organization Change under the mind of educational research. Discussing from two aspects: (1) Discovered problems and caught the key problem in practice, decided the study topic, and developed the change; (2) In the process of looking for the ways to solve these problems, we made a plan for the research project, designing the change. Second, we explored the ways how to promote the effective realization of the School Organization Change by means of educational scientific research, which belong to the phase of implementation. On the foundation of the theories about the organization change, we introduced that how the three core topics improved the organization change of the F School step by step. (1) the topic "research on the mechanism relying on the excellent school" improved the mechanism change; (2) the topic "research on the teachers based on the F School itself " promoted the personnel change;(3) the topic "research on a conversation teaching" improved the teaching...
